		<description><![CDATA[It was during this decade that Hermann Cain was apparently accused of being a sexual harasser.  He has denied the initial charges, although it is hard to deny the fact that he had to settle with his accusers.

 

Because of what happened with Clarence Thomas and Anita Hill, the sexual harassment laws changed in this country.  It became a lot easier for a woman to file a sexual harassment lawsuit, and that has changed the power dynamic in the workplace.  A man in a power position can’t use his power to ask his secretary out on a date anymore.  Of course, most men don’t have secretaries any more, and these days, it is just as likely that man will be working for a woman as it is visa versa.]]></description>
